Contact information

Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to requests, coordinate service, and maintain relevant customer or prospect records. We do not sell contact information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to the Scott Recycling Pickup Notifications text program — by ticking the optional box on our pickup or contact form, or by giving verbal consent to a customer service representative — we record your mobile number, the date and time of your consent, the consent wording you agreed to, and the page or person through which you gave it. We use your number only to send texts about your pickups. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our Text Message Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the text-messaging service provider that delivers our messages solely to provide the service.

Optional website analytics

Analytics does not begin until you explicitly select “Allow analytics.” When allowed, we store a random first-party identifier, pages visited, referral and campaign information, timestamps, device user agent, and a one-way hash derived from the network address. If you later submit a form, that journey may be linked to the resulting prospect so our team understands the request context.

Your choice

You may decline analytics and continue using the complete website. Contact forms work without analytics consent. Clear this site's local storage and cookies to reset your choice.
