Pickup scheduling and accepted materials are confirmed with Scott Recycling before collection. See what we accept for special-item handling information.

Text messages (SMS)

The Scott Recycling Pickup Notifications program, operated by Scott Industries, LLC dba Scott Recycling, sends texts from (865) 507-1989 about pickups you request: scheduling, confirmations, arrival/ETA notices, rescheduling, and certificate-ready notices. We do not send marketing texts through this program unless you separately agree. You opt in by ticking the optional, unchecked box on our pickup or contact form, or by giving verbal consent to a customer service representative. Consent is not a condition of service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or call 865-540-8802 / email info@scottrecycling.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data destruction

Where data destruction is requested, we perform it per NIST 800-88 guidelines and provide a certificate of destruction. Customers are responsible for backing up any data they wish to keep before delivering devices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Scott Recycling is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
